An AI leader for nearly a decade
In 2015, Responsive founders Ganesh Shankar, A.J. Sunder and Sankar Lagudu recognized that responding to RFPs took far too much time and too many resources. They launched RFPIO, an AI-powered platform that made it easy and fast to craft winning responses.
Our customers showed us that RFPs were just the tip of the iceberg and began using the platform to power rapid, accurate responses to all types of inquiries, from RFXs to security questionnaires to ad hoc questions. The holistic approach inspired a new category: Strategic Response Management (SRM). As the leader in SRM, RFPIO became Responsive to reflect our expanded focus.
Once a shoestring startup with a handful of employees in Beaverton, Oregon and Coimbatore, India, the company has grown to have more than 500 employees, nearly 2,000 customers — including more than 20 percent of the Fortune 500 — and more than 300,000 users worldwide.
